One word... FIRED.

As the story goes... I dont fit in the department. I dont understand that AT ALL. I dont know what in the world I am going to do about this but I am under my 90 days. That basically means they can fire me if I "dont fit in". Its really horrible! I have heard about this happening to people but it has NEVER happend to me. I honestly am at a loss for words!

First day

Today was so wierd. I got my computer logins and did my computer e-learning. Then we worked out my schedule. 

Week 1: 11:00am-3:00 M-F

Week 2: 7:00am-11:00pm M-F

Then after that it will be 7:00am-3:30pm. I think its going to be good because I can sort of ease into things. I mean how nice is that? Its because Sasha is still on summer. They are so understanding!

Court update...

I know I haven't updated the thing yet but basically its a really stupid long story involving misunderstandings and overreactions where no one talked to each other and jumped to conclusions. Then we wasted roughly 3 grand arguing over if I get to keep my attorney. Stupid. So I dont know but they all of a sudden pulled out and as of yet... nothing. So no idea. It was right before we signed papers to acknowlege him as a father of Sasha so I dont know. 

New Job!!! WOOO!

I don't believe it!!! I just got a call from OSF today and they HIRED ME! I GOT THE JOB!!! I will be doing medical transporting for xray. Basically from what I understand I will push wheelchairs all day long and I think that has to be harder than it sounds to me because it doesn't sound hard. I will see though because my firs day is August 7th. 

I was worried about it though because Sasha is still out for summer and I NEED A NEW JOB!!! The only thing is its not like First Student. I cant take her with me. So mom and grandma are going to watch her, the only thing is grandma is 84 now. So I mean 8 hours a day for 2 weeks is a bit much. 

Also they wanted me to come in for orientation on the 4th but mom, grandma, Sasha and I will be in Wisconsin Dells that day. So they said I could come in on the next one! Go ahead and go on my vacation. How cool is that? LOL

Interview

I had the interview and it was great. Actually I didnt really feel like I was in an interview. It was weird, like going to meet people and not even being that nervous. I saw the human recources lady, then I met someone named Jenni, then someone named Susan who I guess transports now, and Lisa who I think would be my boss after that. Mom said they call it peer interview. I actually kind of liked it. Well pray for me!!!

Then they called...

I got a call from Human Recources and they want to interview me. Wierd huh? I mean I hadnt thought about it much I really thought I was going to have to go back to First Student. I was actually kind of panicked. So I hope it works out. I had applied for file clerk and this Michelle lady that called said if I was like my mom then I wont be suited for that but this other job should be good. No idea, I dont even remember what its called. Anything HAS TO BE better than first student!
